Refund Policy
Refund policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund within 7 days. All items must be unaltered, unworn and in stable condition. Most refunds will require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped. If if it is not possible to ship the item back to our facility, you might be eligible for a 50% refund. It is the buyers responsibility to provide any shipping labels needed to return unwanted items back to us.
We will issue refunds on damaged items in transit and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.
It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are not buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. TheHairGenie is not responsible for confiscated or undelivered goods.
If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at thehairgenie170@gmail.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it with no additional cost to you.
